Tony Chapman: Managing Director

Tony has a distinguished career within the Aviation industry from air traffic control to ATC facility management and finally Executive Director of his own aviation consultancy business.

His more recent achievements include the position of Managing Director and Founder of Selector Group Limited, Director and Investor in Edge Technology, and Director, and Founder of Estra NZ Ltd. His last employment was as the Commercial Director and investor in R&D Solutionz.

Tony has travelled extensively as an aviation expert and business entrepenuer speaking, to public, private, and corporate business organisations, and government agencies including the United Nations. He has presented at trade shows, symposiums, and conferences worldwide.

Rajesh Kalidindi: Business Development Manager

MBA, BBS, LLB, NZ Diploma in Bank & Finance

Rajesh was educated at Poona University in India, where he was later the General Manager of Operations and the Sales & Marketing Manager with Venky's. He subsequently moved to New Zealand to further his education at Massey University and went on to a Team Leader role at Mainland Products.

Rajesh is a Senior Associate Member of the Australasian Institute of Banking and Finance, Melbourne, Australia.

He has had considerable experience in operational management, recruitment, marketing and distribution, franchisee management, the establishment of joint ventures and strategic alliances, and relationship management.

Rodney Wong: Director

BSc, Diploma of Science

Rodney has a distinguished history in management and directorial corporate roles. He worked with Dairy Co-Op initially in the technical research and development field before moving into product and process development.

Rodney held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Dairy Co-Op from 1992–2003, managing 85 staff nationally. He became Managing Director and a significant shareholder after a management-lead buyout of the organisation formed International Fine Foods. He retired after the company was sold to National Foods in Australia.
